Srikandi Lestari is a new program of 2026. This is women-focused sustainable enterprise program by Himba Raya Indonesia (HIRAI), designed to strengthen women-led businesses that are environmentally responsible, economically viable, and socially empowering.
Project area is in Palangkaraya and Pulang Pisau, Central Kalimantan, the program supports women to develop green micro enterprises, improve household income, and contribute to sustainable local economies while protecting natural resources. Srikandi Lestari positions women as entrepreneurs, income earners, and drivers of sustainable development in their communities.
Women play a vital role in family livelihoods and local economies, yet many face limited access to capital, skills training, markets, and business opportunities.
Srikandi Lestari aims to:
